I was born and raised in Kimberly, Wisconsin. I graduated with bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have been working in the contract manufacturing industry since. My wife Carrie and I have a healthy son Evan. I have worked in the technical field as well as in management for over 10 years. I have always had a deep interest in “doing things the right way” to yield uncompromised quality. I have a great deal of experience in working with customers and suppliers throughout my career as engineer and project manager. I always look a WIN-WIN solution because this is the basis for a lasting relationship. I am the Value Chain Manager because I believe in bringing value to our customers through “leaning out” our own process, ensuring our suppliers’ quality, competitive pricing, and on-time service.

I was born and raised in Finland. I hold Master’s degree in Material Science and I also have MBA. Soon after graduation my work brought me to Wisconsin. I met my wife Sara in Appleton and now our family has grown with three kids Anniina, Alek and Anja. I enjoy spending time with my family and practicing Martial Arts. I have a black belt in Karate and second level in Krav Maga. I have worked in technical field and leadership positions for over 14 years and I am very familiar with process and quality control as well as maintaining great customer and supplier relations. I believe in honest business conduct and respectful and long-term relationships with suppliers, employees and customers. I am the Customer Value Manager because I believe bringing value to our customers is the most efficient sales strategy.
